She lives for her walks, and while she might be built like a tank, she moves with surprising grace when there's a leash involved (or a ball to chase). After her playtime, she's all about cuddles and companionship. If you're sitting, Chilli wants to be nearby-or better yet, leaning into you for some love.
Chilli's ideal home would be with someone who is home more often then not at first, no other dogs or cats (has lived with birds however) and is filled with toys. Chilli can be worried around other pups and often choses to avoid them so dog parks are a no go.
Chilli is happiest when she's the center of your world-and she'll return the favor tenfold with loyalty, love, and a wagging tail. Whether you're out on a walk or curled up on the couch, Chilli will be right by your side, toy in tow.
This chunky lady would do well in a home with teens or calm, respectful children. All children in the home will need to come along and meet her as part of the adoption process, to ensure everyone's a good match.
